The existence of Local Housing Strategies allows municipalities to access the public funding needed to solve the serious problems of housing indignity identified on the ground. However, not all municipalities are on equal footing to see their applications approved, and there is a clear divide between high and low density territories. This project aims to contribute to achieve the objectives of territorial cohesion and environmental sustainability defined by the Recovery and Resilience Plan, providing support to an inland municipality marked by lack of technical and financial resources. The work methodology tries to shorten the time required for the production of instructional elements placing, in the center, the principles that ensure the quality and viability of housing responses. From the work, it is also expected to produce and transmit useful information for the definition of policies that allow the development of low density territories.
