The book Batalha - Retrospetiva do Futuro (Batalha - Retrospective of the Future) traces Batalha's history, including its recent renovation, and outlines its future through eight texts by Alexandre Alves Costa, Ana Alves Costa - editorial coordinator -, Guilherme Blanc, Paula Parente Pinto, Rui Moreira, Sérgio C. Andrade, Sergio Fernandez and Sónia Moura.
The texts are complemented by period images, drawings by the architect Artur Andrade, the original author of the project, drawings of the Atelier 15 refurbishment project, documents such as tickets, newspaper articles and a photographic report carried out during the execution of the work, between 2019 and 2022.
