On January 8, 2024, the Mais Habitação simplex decreed that 'the RGEU will be repealed with effect from June 1, 2026' - Decree-Law no. 10, January 8, Diário da República.
The exhibition 'What would you change about the RGEU?' seeks an early analysis of the legislative scenario, taking into account the repeal of the RGEU in June 2026. Through the collaboration of various studios, from different schools and generations, the aim is to start a debate on what this new Construction Code will be, encouraging academic and professional participation in reflecting on future regulations and guidelines in the field of Architecture.
