The 9th International Sophia Journal Conference will take place at the Escuela de Arquitectura de la Universidad de Navarra on November 22, 2024.
Continuing the annual cycle of international forums dedicated to the critical exploration of the intersections between image and architecture, this will be an excellent opportunity to share research works that combine an interpretative narrative about housing, those who live in it and pilot projects with communities, capable of generating hypotheses about the possible future of the city and the territory, housing and the lives it (trans)forms.
The event includes a program of round tables combining face-to-face sessions and videoconferencing, allowing a wider audience to participate. The program also includes the photography exhibition 'Public housing across multiple geographies', the launch of the new cycle of Sophia Magazine “Landscapes of Repair” and its new name Sophia Magazine, Vol. 10, as well as visits and social events.
